RESULT:
This cliff-side villa was a total gut and complete renovation project with phenomenal results. The original house was a dark 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom decrepit building. The client and I came up with a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom design and were driven to maximise every liveable space of the house – including building a rooftop patio with a photo-worthy outdoor shower, lounge terrace, and an oversize net lounge.
